I know this has been asked a lot, but can ppl help me decide how to get my hair cut??

Ok, so ive been wanting to get my hair cut for ages, but i have no idea how i quite want it..

right now i have my hair long (half way down my back) and its all about the same length except my fringe is just below my shouders.. this is a pic of me http://littleredmelody.deviantart.com/ar...

what i want is to keep my hair longish, a bit longer than my shoulders but not too long... i also want some kinda fringe but im not too sure... and i also want layers but i dont know how much layer..

could u pease help me.. give me some links of what u think would suit me or some help or advice

definitley cut it to your shoulders with lots of layers so it's a little longer in the back and frames your face. you could try some side fringe but you would look best with your hair OFF your face!! look up some pics for the stylist because that would really help and give you ideas... this kind of style is out there everywhere ;-) good luck!
