Ill make this as short as possible... My hair is around 2 1/2 inches long... something happened to the side of my hairline that the hair was cut or something i believe this happened cause i combed while it was wet... i got nappy hair so i used a perm type product for guys.. i think that was also a reason, not my question is... Should i cut it and let it grow all evenly or just leave it like that since i want long hair anyways? but is not even!

Cut it! I know that may be hard, but I had to do something very similar, and trust me you won't regret it. Your hair will grow back healthier than ever and it will look better. Just always do what will look the best for your hair, and letting it grow right now with it all uneven won't look too good by the sounds of what you're saying.
Cut it, grow it back, it's really the best option. Unless your hairstylist can figure out something else, that's really the only option.
