Im getting my hair cut and i want the top layers kinda short%26amp;%26amp;choppy and keep like my under hair long. And i want kinda thick,swoopy bangs

But i want my hair kinda emo choppy

Any suggestions??

My suggestion is to go to a tech school that studies cosmotology.

Call, and ask for that dept.

After that, make a hair app. with one of the students. It will be cheaper and they will know what you want more because the younger crowd is more exposed to these styles.
