Well, if you trim it more often (maybe an inch a month) it grows faster. I trim 2 inches a month and I use Suave shampoo and conditioner. My hair is down to my elbows and I've been using this procedure for 6 months. My hair was down to my chin before this too. So it works! Good Luck!

Well don't cut your hair and use any shampoo you want but find a good condioner (one for curly hair) and brush your hair a lot and you will have longer hair in month(hair grows about an 1" a month but for some people 3" a month)
