Im a hairstylist and me knowing that you didnt get the haircut you wanted bothers me. Brushing your hair several times a day will stimulate your scalp which will increase your chances of hair growing back faster. And Im not sure if its long enough to tie in a ponytail but that also will help, gives it a pulling effect on your stands from the pores I have found that, that really makes my hair grow I have mine down to my lower back. But these are options that you have without using chemicals just make sure your hair doesnt dry out so it wont break off.

You can see in my avatar that I have long locks, so you'll know that what i'm telling you is true. You have to take your meals regularly, not only will it help make your hair grow faster, it will keep them nice. Don't skip meals. And try to take a lot of rest, and sleep.

Well, patience always works... but in case you're like me and dont have any, then there are some quick ways:

Minimize on gels and anything with alcohols in it... they will dry ends out

Biotin (i use it in 5000mcg) daily will grow hair much faster

Heat protector - Nexxus and Tresemme make good ones... use it whether you use heat appliances or not.... it helps during the day to avoid dryouts from the sun, wind, etc.

A good multivitamin- One A Day and even Flintstones were pluses for me!! They do work and I have that hard-to-grow, curly hair...

Hope that helps out... oh yeah, and regular trims are needed
