my friend natasha wants me to cut her ultra long hair

to very short how can i cut it short properly

i even dont want to cut it but she insists

and wants a change by getting a short haircut ultra short

like natalie portelli or britney spears

how can i cut it .

later she even wants me to colour it

I would maybe convince her to cut them to the length of her neck because going that short right aways can be disasterous I know my hair is short! :) When she sees that and she likes it keep gradually going shorter until she feels right about it because pixies don't grow out fast and depending on her face type it might not look right either you need to be very petite to look right with a pixie. I didn't mean to babble but I know from a lot of experience with bad short haircuts.
